Online Pre-registration & Accommodation Reservation Deadline: 5:00PM, 31 March, 2025 (KST/UTC+9)
After this date, access to the Registration Page and accommodation reservations will no longer be available. If you wish to register or make an accommodation reservation after the deadline, please contact the Administrative Office.
Accommodation Information
The PLAZA Seoul Hotel
The official accommodation has been designated as THE PLAZA Seoul Hotel.
To book the hotel, please proceed to the registration page and select "Yes" under "Request for main hotel reservation" in the registration form.
Payment will be processed with your card upon checkout after pre-authorization at check-in.
